It is hoped that this inaugural meet would spur greater interest by other states to organize short course swimming competitions and perhaps a national level meet might be a reality in time to come. Entrance for spectators and supporters is FREE. So take this opportunity to drop by or enjoy an exciting weekend at the PADE swimming complex.

This is a milestone in Malaysian swimming since there are currently no state or national level short course swimming competitions. Popular in many countries, short course events are held in 25 meter pools and have the abbreviation “SC” attached to their official reference. Races are typically faster in times as compared to long course (LC) events given that the amount of tumble turns are doubled in identical distances.

All are welcomed!
